3. Scrooge (1951)
There are 16 movie and TV adaptations of Charles Dickens’ novel A Christmas Carol. However, the movie made in 1951 that stars Alastair Sim as Ebenezer Scrooge is the one that we love the most.
The movie shows the story of a grumpy businessman who disses the spirit of Christmas any chance he gets. Mr. Scrooge is visited by three spirits that show him the error of his ways as he undergoes a transformation.

2. It’s A Wonderful Life (1946)
They say Old is Gold and it’s certainly true for this movie. Frank Capra directed this masterpiece over 75 years back but the feeling you get every time you watch this movie will still be fresh.
The movie highlights that holidays are not just about presents through the story of a frustrated businessman who receives help. The help comes in the form of an angel from heaven who shows him how life would be if he never existed. It’s indeed a Wonderful Life Movie.
