Watch! Disha Patani gives a major fitness goal in her latest reel

We all know how much Disha loves her workout and we have seen her dedication in many videos that she has posted on social media. In her latest Instagram video, she can be seen working out on her legs. Watch it here:

The reel already has garnered around 4.5 Million views and more than 3 Lacs likes. Her trainer Rajendra Dhole claims that her commitment is what keeps her in good physical shape.

“Not just that, there’s more. Many people have asked me how Disha Mam stays in such good physical shape all year long. The response is: She is very very dedicated to her fitness routine for at least 6 days of the week,” Dhole said. He also mentioned that she almost always completes her regimen with intense workouts, low-intensity cardio, and a proper diet.

Dhole claims that while nutrition and fasted low-intensity cardio help maintain low body fat, intense exercise helps increase muscle mass, which positively impacts fat loss.
